I founded Path For Life 15 years ago for the simple reason that I wanted to help people get healthy. What I found was that while we inherently want to be healthy, happy and vibrant, we struggle to change.
Over the past decade, I’ve found that no food plan works alone. Built on the profound understanding of how people make changes, transform, and become truly healthy, the 9-step Path for Life Method, based on my nourishment principle, which incorporates the 3 key elements essential for change and transformation: Food Knowledge, Mindfulness and Habit-Shifting.
Path For Life is not a diet plan; it is a plan for how to eat in a way that is nourishing for you. It is also not about counting calories. It is a lifestyle approach to health and weight-loss. It is a sustainable plan for how to be a healthy, nourished, thriving YOU.
With Path For Life you learn about real food, real nourishment, and the real you — thriving. I am not going to tell you what to eat. Instead, I am going to teach you. This way you will learn what works for you, and why.
But to truly change your habits you also need to change your thoughts, which are really what keep us stuck. Learn how to become mindful in your daily choices so you can create a sustainable thriving nourished life.
