What if we could balance our mood and emotions by changing our food choices? We can. Hormonal imbalances, mood swings, anxiety and depression are related to our food choices — and our food choices are related to our hormones, moods, anxiety and depression.
We can learn to balance our hormones and our moods, lessen our anxiety and depression by changing our food choices. We can work with, instead of against, what is happening within us by learning how to use our food choices as a tool for emotional well-being. Through food and life-style changes, Mindfulness and Habit Shifting we can find new ways of self-care and nurture as well as a new sense of calm. You will learn tools to help you manage your moods and emotions so that you can restore inner balance, connection to your Self, and live the life you want to live.
