We tend to think that hypnotherapy is a way to get rid of what we don't want. Instead, we rather bypass what is keeping us stuck so we can access the resources we have within to cope and navigate our habits differently.

Our unconscious mind and our conscious mind are not always on the same page and we struggle. We want one thing, but continue to do something else. We even forget that we were supposed to choose or do something differently.

It is not will-power that gets in the way, it is your habitual patterns that are so ingrained that you are on automatic. Or your self-esteem that has you believe you can never do it. Or your thoughts that consistently goes on repeat of the negative self-talk that distracts you from self-love and robs you from your own empowerment to take really good care of you. 

A session is more like a guided meditation than you being "out" and not knowing what happens to you. We might even have a conversation with your unconscious mind so we can find your way forward. 

It is not a quick-fix, but it is a way to quickly move forward in your life.
