Spring is here...some places it feels as if it is only near. But we are feeling it. We are longing for it, we are ready for it... and we want to get our bodies ready for it too.
This time of year many feel the need to "spring out" of the heavy clothes and coats that have been weighing on us over the winter with its darkness and long long days. It is as if we have not even been able to breathe for awhile isn't it?
Opening up and letting some fresh air into our closed up rooms is similar to opening up for a deep breath within our bodies. Allowing the longing of warmer and longer days to fill us up. Opening our mind and soul to be curious and hopeful of what is to come...Spring...the promise of newness of something coming to life.
Let this something show itself, allow it to peek out and enjoy the playfulness and the curiosity of what this new season holds. Enjoy your Spring.
