Black Rice Pudding is an easy and soothing treat for adding a little wholesome sweetness.
100% maple syrup
Unsweetened coconut milk
Cook black rice or use already cooked black rice. If you serve it cold. Use hot coconut milk. If you use warm rice you might want to just use the coconut cold.
Take a 1/2 cup and make it into a ball... put it in a small dish to serve it.
Add cinnamon and maple syrup to your liking.
Heat and pour the coconut milk over it
Add some pine-nuts for garnish...or any other nut will do :)
