Dessert can be a healthy and yummy treat. No need to forgo the taste for health.
This is per person:
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 table spoon @ raw cacao, maple syrup, coconut oil
Heat the coconut oil and raw cacao in a pan to melt it slightly
Pour everything in the blender with the walnuts, blend and you have crunch
Roll up about 1 large table spoon per "truffle" into small balls or you can just serve it as crunchy yummy topping to baked apples or coconut ice-cream.
