All personal sessions are one-on-one, tailored to your specific health concerns. The first session is an in-depth conversation about what is going on with you, what you have done so far, and what you know about yourself at this time. This way I can find out what is out of balance, what you need and how to best work with you to make changes.
In the first consultation I evaluate your physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances that need to be addressed and we make a plan for some first steps to take together. You might need to learn more about food or you might know a lot already; either will be our starting point together. I offer a variety of healing tools with the ultimate goal of creating and/or restoring the connection between your body, mind, and soul.
My goal is for you to walk away with more understanding of what is going on within you and what both your body and your emotional, spiritual self need to heal. We will not address everything in one session. It is impossible and would be far too overwhelming even if we could. But we will address what is most important for you right now, so you can start making positive changes. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before you arrive for your first consultation, so we have more time to talk about you.
All first consultations are longer, follow-up sessions can be on an individual, as needed basis, or you can start a continuous session process like the 9-Step Program. I recommend every two weeks, but some prefer to come weekly. Some use the sessions as a coaching process, some use the sessions as more of a therapeutic process.
The one-on-one 9-Step Program is an opportunity to tailor each of the 9-Steps specifically to your individual physical and emotional health concerns and personal challenges. The program and continuous consultations build on what you have learned, what you have shifted, and how you feel in order to support the process of change. They can work either as a complement to the online program or a personal coaching program. Typically it would be two sessions per month, but weekly is also an option.
One-on-one counseling and coaching: Office visit in NYC, via phone or skype.
Comprehensive initial session evaluation and consultation: $350 (90min session). If you continue with sessions and sign up for a program you will receive a discount of $50 on the first session.
Follow-up sessions: $200 (75 min)
9-step program pay-as-you-go continuos sessions: $175 (55min).
The full 9-Step Program, including initial session, ongoing email support between sessions, and access to the online program: 10 sessions in total: $1800
